Boniface Verney Carron

Osteopath

Boniface is a French registered osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy after of 2 years in medical university in France and 4 years of osteopathic training in the UK.

His integrated, conventional and holistic training has instilled a strong belief that working collaboratively with both holistic doctors and other complementary therapists is the key to ensure the best care for patients.

He started his career at the IMC, the first Integrated Medical Centre in Europe, run by Dr Ali. Working there exposed him to lots of interesting and unusual cases and enabled him to develop a strong understanding of other therapies. This is where he started to work closely with Dr Wendy Denning taking care of her patients.

Boniface also works at Destination Health and Fitness a very high standard gym; where he works closely with martial art fighters (Krav Maga, Karate, Muay Thai) to improve their physical performances and to help them recover from their frequent injuries. He also works in close collaboration with the personal training team to help their clients to reach optimum results from their training thereby significantly improving their health. He uses a whole range of physical techniques as well as acupuncture to treat the athletes and gym members.

Since 2006, Boniface has also been working with Dr Gibb at the Birth Company (137 Harley street), where the focus is on pregnancy, new born and infant care. The approach here is very gentle and treatments are based on cranio-sacral therapy and other similar techniques that offer very good relief for the mum to be and the young children.

Boniface also works closely with Neuro Linguistic Programming, (NLP), psychogenic and psychotherapists to release physical symptoms due to mental disturbances and help patients to recover faster from emotional and psychological issues.

Boniface uses the full range of techniques offered by an integrated osteopath:

  • Adjustments, Mobilisation and Massage
  • Gentle manipulation of abdominal organs to release referred pains
  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy
  • Acupuncture and cupping
